I'm going to get a Miata, problem is, I live in the Chicago area, so I'm gonna experience all 4 seasons. Could I possibly put the convertible top down, get a hard top, then latch it on and somehow wire up the defroster? I've seen latches for doing so, I'm just not sure exactly how this is done, or if its just a scam.
